Our Regime

Pilates

A body, mind and soul routine that is suitable for all fitness levels. It improves flexibility and posture, and helps relieve various body aches and pain. Regular sessions will also help tone and strengthen the body.

Yoga

A low-impact routine that is suitable for all fitness levels. The perfect complement for busy working adults; it helps relieve stress and improves concentration. Regular practice builds flexibility and benefit the general well-being of the practitioner.

Strength & Conditioning

A low-impact exercise to alleviate and prevent chronic diseases such as osteoporosis. Regular sessions will improve overall body well-being through toughening of tendons and ligaments, improving overall body coordination and flexibility.

BarreFIT

A class suitable for fitness levels mid-to-high. The perfect combination of Dance, Yoga and Pilates for those who want the best of all worlds. Barre and fitness bands are utilised to help sculpt and tone the body. Regulars will notice improvement in posture and strengthening of core muscles.

BellyFIT

For the ladies who are looking for a little more group fun, this routine is suitable for all fitness levels. Dance to the mysterious oriental beats and learn to express confidently through body movements with props and simple choreographies. Muscle-toning and improved postures are just two of the many benefits this routine will bring.

Kickboxing

This high-impact cardio will get the heart pumping and calories burning. An exercise that strengthens the cardiovascular system, tones muscles and assists in weight management.

Piloxing

A high-impact mix of Pilates, Boxing and Dance, this killer-combination will get your heart pumping and calories burning like never before. Core strengthening, body-sculpting and muscles toning are just a few of its many body benefits.

Body Combat

High-impact cardio workout inspired by the martial arts, this non-contact session will have you learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and the likes, while burning calories and strengthening muscles.

Zumba (HIIT)

Columbian slang for “buzz like a bee”, this high-energy workout dance will keep you busy on your toes as you dance to tunes of salsa, mambo, flamenco and hip-hop. Choose from the regular or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) options; this workout will build endurance and strengthen the heart and lungs.

Personal Training (HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will allow you to achieve the maximum benefits of workout in the shortest time frame. A routine HIIT alternates between high intensity workouts and short resting intervals.
